One of such gallant personality in Nigeria today is an accomplished business mogul, educationalist, political actor, high profile philanthropist and Astitute administrator per excellence, Dr. Maxwell Gabriel Morris. He was born on 12th September, 1979 in Yenagoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, South South geo-political axis of Nigeria.
The bright life beginning for the young Maxwell is as a result of proper parental upbringing and orientation. It has today manifested to make him a shining star all over the length and breadth of Nigeria and beyond. His educational career spans from St Luke’s Primary School, Agudama Epie Bayelsa State to Government Secondary School, Lumene in River State. Later he proceeded to Ignatius Ajuru University porthacourt for his tertiary educational pursuits.
Every early in life, Dr. Maxwell Gabriel Morris had a strong lifetime ambition to achieve, that is to become a successful business man. But where and how? After extensive thought, he right in joined the service of Epic ATISSA oil & Gas Limited. In the company, he worked very hard and rose from ranks to become the Managing Director & Executive Officer MD/CEO of the company.
The company under his watch became very successful in the Oil &Gas industry of Nigeria. One good twin they said deserves another. Dr. Maxwell Gabriel Morris competently diversified into another aspect of business, this time, by floating MPL properties limited with branch offices in Yenagoa, Porthacourt, Lagos and Abuja, the nation’s Federal Capital since 2001 to date. In addition to the existing vibrant and functional companies, Dr. Maxwell Gabriel Morris still floated another Industrial Service Company called Morgab Integrated Service Ltd which has been providing wide range of service to Nigeria’s industrial sector. Furthermore and to reestablish his grip in the Oil & Gas sector, Dr. Maxwell Gabriel Morris got engaged as the Assistant Manager of Tamic Oil Limited, an independent petroleum Marketing Firm that owns many filling stations across the country with its headquarters at Porthacourt.
In the year 2011, Dr. Maxwell contested for the Governorship of Bayelsa State on the Platform of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) based on the popular calls from the public. The outcome of that election was magnificent because it brought to lime light the political enigmanity of Dr. Maxwell Gabriel Morris in the political activities in the state. Since then to date, all notable Political actors in the state and beyond started to liase with him seeking for advisory service. Some of the advisory services he was engaged in are:

Member PDP Central Campaign Committee for the election of Senator Douye Diri and National Assembly Candidates in 2019.
Special Adviser to Professor Steve Azaiki, member Federal House Of Representatives Yenagoa/Kolo Kuma/ Okpokuma Federal Constituency 2021-2023.
Director, Contact/Mobilization Tinubu Support Group in 2023.
