NRM OFFICIAL CALLS ON FORMER LABOUR PARTY PRESIDENT ASPIRANT TO JOIN THE PARTY AHEAD OF 2027
Rev. Emmanuel Olorunmagba, the National Financial Secretary of National Rescue Movement (NRM) has called on a former presidential aspirant under Labour Party, His Excellency Faduri Oluwadare Joseph popularly known as Fadojoe, to join the party NRM ahead of the 2027 presidential election as Labour Party is not getting their radar.
This is contained in a statement made available to Pressmen by the clergyman, who notes that “2027 is by the corner and this is the best time to align with a party like National Rescue Movement whose major agenda is to rescue Nigeria from the sit-tight old generation politicians that have destroyed everything in Nigeria that turned the country to a nation that God highly endowed with everything, but that the citizens lack everything.
“Considering how His Excellency Fadojoe worked assiduously in building Labour Party with his team since he joined yet he was denied the ticket when His Excellency Peter Obi later joined LP; now our political party, National Rescue Movement (NRM), will be a better platform for him for the actualization of his political ambition.
“Nigerians so much need younger presidential candidate with the vision to rescue Nigeria and a political platform with the vision to rescue the country. And with the confusion in the political atmosphere in Nigeria where Nigerians are tired of APC, and PDP being an appendage of APC which old politicians from the two parties are again thinking of a new party (ADA) just like they did ahead of 2015 elections where the same group of people came together to form APC to grab power without vision and pushed Nigeria into this deep gulf and the country keep sinking.
“In the light of the above, I call on His Excellency Faduri Oluwadare Joseph popularly known as Fadojoe, to come onboard our political party NRM in preparation for 2027”.

KADUNA — The National Financial Secretary of the National Rescue Movement (NRM), Rev. Emmanuel Olorunmagba, has extended an open invitation to former Labour Party (LP) presidential aspirant, Faduri Oluwadare Joseph, popularly known as Fadojoe, to join the NRM in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
In a a statement issued to journalists, Rev. Olorunmagba appealed to Fadojoe to embrace what he described as a political platform committed to genuine national transformation.
“2027 is around the corner, and this is the best time to align with a party like the NRM — a party whose core agenda is rescuing Nigeria from the grip of sit-tight, old-generation politicians,” Olorunmagba said.
He expressed concern over what he described as the marginalisation of Fadojoe within the Labour Party, despite his substantial contributions to the party’s growth before the entrance of former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi.
“His Excellency Fadojoe and his team laboured tirelessly to build the Labour Party, only to be shoved aside when Peter Obi entered the scene. The NRM offers a fairer and more viable platform for the realisation of his political dreams,” the statement read.
Olorunmagba also took aim at the two major political parties — the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) — describing them as “two sides of the same coin.”
“Nigerians are tired of the APC’s failings, and the PDP has now become a mere appendage of the APC. These same old politicians are now floating another party, the African Democratic Assembly (ADA), just like they did in 2015 when they formed the APC,” he added.
Rev. Olorunmagba concluded by reiterating his call for Fadojoe to take up a leadership role within the NRM, stating that the country desperately needs youthful and visionary alternatives ahead of 2027.
